* let KApplication register KSim with dcop
* changed some items in TODO
* added a KSIM_INIT_PLUGIN define in library/ksimplugin/pluginmodule.h to make \
                registering plugins with ksim easier
* updated the sensors, filesystem and net plugin to use KSIM_INIT_PLUGIN
* re-wrote some of the code in the net plugin
* set default value and text in library/widgets/ksimshart.cpp
* fixed crash when you double click an empty item in the net plugins config
* set the minimum width of KSimLabels to the length of the text
