Changed interfaces a bit

1. Added bool isAStream() to KPlayObjectFactory to see
wheter the playobject created with createPlayObject
is a Arts::PlayObject or a Arts::StreamPlayObject which
has been casted to an Arts::PlayObject

2. Changed kmedia2's StreamPlayObject so that we can
acces the last used Arts:.InputStream
needed for njaard's plugin which needs to access
the KIOInputStream internas...
