Log Message:
- return completion properly after interpreter evaluate
- set length properly on functions created with new Function()
- added print() function in testkjs - same as debug()
- fixed ObjectImp::inherit() working the wrong way round
- fixed toString() for internal funcitons
- made Function.prototype a function (returns undefined as in 15.3.4)
