changes:
* made use of the MAXHOSTNAMELEN macro for the hostname length
* removed some unwanted includes
* added better handling of plugin loading errors by showing messages for different \
                types of errors
* removed old unused code
* renamed reparseTheme(bool) to configureObject(bool)
* KSim::ThemeConfig and KSim::ThemeLoader now inherit KSim::Base
* changed/fixed some of the API docs in the headers
