Log Message:
Some KUniqueApplication/dcopClient changes as discussed with Waldo.
KApplication and KUniqueApplication now share the same dcopClient object;
it's not necessary to call KUniqueApplication::start() explicitly in order
to improve startup times; dcopClient is available already in KApplication
constructor; it's not necessary to detach before reregistering
with dcopserver.
