* s/kapp.h/kapplication.h
* s/kstddirs.h/kstandarddirs.h
* only set the pixmap in KSimlabel if the pixmap is different
* made the ksim theme more friendly with gkrellm and changed a few things to the \
                theme
* renamed PluginInfo::name() to PluginInfo::libName() as that was a little confusing \
                sometimes
* added a PluginInfo::name() which returns a nontranslated string of the plugin name \
                (needed for some parts of ksim)
* moved the copy ctor and the operator== of PluginInfo into pluginglobal.h rather \
than pluginloader.cpp
