this is the right way to do libqt-mt detection, and apply it to KDE...

since libtool can't save the dependent LDFLAGS for linking with libqt-mt,
we have to add it to all kde applications and libs in order for them to
link.

This is done easily in all_includes and KDE_PLUGIN, but some
needed to have KDE_MT_LDFLAGS added explicitly...  kdebase is next :)
