Binary compatibility broken, new -version-info for the libraries, improvements
in the threading layer (tryLock, recursive mutexes).

First checkin of GSL, which contains new scheduling algorithms, first adaption
of the aRts flowsystem on that is only built if --enable-arts-gsl is given.
