Log Message:
kcharselect is a utility that exists only for use when your editor
can't insert the character you need. Now it has:
1> Support for clipping Unicode characters into 8-bit editors,
    web pages, consoles, etc.
2> QT2 compatible support for right-to-left languages. It's hard enough
to type a phrase with the mouse, much less type it sdrawkcab.
3> Support for flipping the text order, since both visual and
logical ordering are common, and someone always screws it up.
The existing button-based GUI has just been extended. But it looks
a bit complex, and I may hide the extra features in a menu.
