Same difference, those people somehow have to learn where to find the
tarballs and how to run cmake and make. The only possible problem is if
they're accustomed to other projects using cmake/make where something
like KDEDIRS doesn't exist. Nonetheless thats no reason to screw the
packaging system for these people.

If somebody builds some project from sources, that project should never
default to install in /usr.
