Yes, it would. Or it would force the user to set the path to install when=20
configuring KDE.

I don't see why it would be wrong, though. You have to set KDEDIRS for=20
KDE, you have to set PKG_CONFIG_PATH for pkg-config, you have to set=20
XDG_DATA_DIRS for xdg things, why would Python be different?
