So let's get back here: was anything done regarding this issue, namely=20
have a way that KDE (including kdesupport) can be built and used=20
without setting LD_LIBRARY_PATH or /etc/ld.so.conf, just like KDE3? If=20
you build KDE and install it in a non-standard path (eg. as an user),=20
you will run into this problem. .
