This variable may be set at the top of the CMake code in KDE.  Something 
like

   SET(CMAKE_MODULE_PATH ${KDE3_SOURCE_DIR}/cmake)

will let the modules be loaded by INCLUDE commands without manual 
copying into the CMake installation.
