Hi all,
I found a problem with kconfig_compiler, which complains about could not 
writing to ... which is caused by a path problem.  in kde4.py

kconfig_compiler is called as

kconfig_compiler -d build/dir  dir/file.kcfg ...

The problem is, that dir is in the -d options and in the given path, 
which results in a wrong path   build/dir/dir/file.h

 The appended patch fixes this. If there where no problems I will commit 
it.
