After upgrading to a larger monitor and setting the resolution higher (1600 x 1200), I had to increase the font size in KMail to be able to read it on screen.  KMail uses this fontsize for printing as well, and it's just way too big.  There needs to be a way to set screen fonts and printing fonts to diffrent sizes.  It would probibly be a good idea to make this system-wide, as KMail is not the only culprit.  Setting diffrent sizes for each application would be quite a pain..
