Kicker  taskbar, as of now can group similar program windows in one.
If we want to get one window above other we will have to do two clicks, one for popmenu of similar programs then on the actual program.

But suppose if we are in konqueror  and want othere window to see then it sometimes become irritating(two clicks for changing window) . So if for any program other windows are listed on the program's window's kwinbar. ie, on right side of kwinbar all the other windows button's are listed. 
Through this way we can support tabbed browsing also, but this way is more versatile than just tabbed browsing.
