This is similar to bug #7821, which was closed almost a yead ago, but seems to have popped up \
again.  To recreate, goto the page, and find one of thei n-page links (that take you to the \
code at theb ottom).  That works perfectly, just moving the page down, without reloading.  \
Then, scroll manually back up and click on another of the in-page links.  Konqueror reloads the \
page before taking you to the bottom.  I figured out because it's comparing the url of \
something like "http...ioslave.html#Listing1" to "http....ioslave.html#Listing2", deciding that \
they are on different pages, and so it does a complete "get url".  The fix, of course, is to \
strip anything after the # in any url before comparing.

If a specific testcase is needed, I can craft one, but there are enough pages out there with \
multiple anchor tags it should be trivial to recreate ;-)
