Subject: Bug#29986: kmail dies (no crash) and quits mail check

My harddisk is not full. I have not yet tried running kmail from a terminal.
I'll give that a shot - but I have also just upgraded to the latest kde beta
2.2 rpms from Cooker. I was running 1.1 and have upgraded to 1.4 from
Mandrake. I'll be testing kmail to see if the problem continues and if so,
I'll try from a terminal.
I have looked for messages in the logs regarding any problems with kmail
but so far haven't found anything.
