Please change font (have jis0208.1983-0) after you selected every character.
When I do import of "Word 97 file", all Japanese becomes blank.
But Japanese displayed when change font after I selected every character.

Input, display and printing of Japanese are possible(current CVS) in Kivio,
KIllustrator, KSpread, KPresenter and KWord. :)

Thank you.

PS: Please apply this patch http://www.kde.gr.jp/patch/qt-2.3.1-qpsprinter-ja-20010620.diff
if you use gcc 2.96. You can't print Japanese if you don't apply this patch.
