I have the plugins plugger, flash 5.0r47, realplayer, acrobat reader and java plugin \
in my netscape and mozilla directories and the nspluginscan crashes at login with \
backtrace: 0x40f590a9 in wait4 () from /lib/libc.so.6

an attempt to do a plugin scan from the control centre gives an identical segfault \
and backtrace.
