Clicking on the help button on the titlebar brings up the help cursor properly. After \
clicking on an item to get help, the help cursor goes away properly. When you go to \
click on the help button again, the help cursor appears as you get near the help \
button, but disappears if you move away from it. Clicking on the help button does not \
re-enable it, it has to be clicked twice to re-enable the help feature.
