It will pop up a disclaimer dialog box that must be OK'd. On my 1280x1024 screen this \
popup looks to be >= 2x my screen width in size.

It's fugly, and really annoying. The text also looks to be displayed vertically \
double-spaced. Ack! Thppxxxt!
