When a new message is sent to my mail server, the mail does not then appear in inbox.

This may be a bug in KIO IMAP, but  Essentially mail isn't being moved from \
/var/spool/mail to my homedirectory so the kmail can know it exists.  Using other \
mail programs this is done.  

Currently Another program must be run line pine on the mail server to move the mail, \
then Kmail see's it basically straight away.
