Which version of PGP are you using?
Do you maybe haven't installed any PGP program?
Is it possible that you provide us with the problematic message? If 
yes, please save it to disk and then send the saved message as 
attachment. Do not simply forward it.
If you don't reply to this message we can't do anything about your 
problem and will be forced to close this bug report.
