Err, the one that followed:

The validation of the long description is either buggy or too strict. I,
 for one, would rather have to ask for additional information on a bug than
 to have it go unreported because a user got fed up trying to figure out
 what a valid long description is. And at the very least, when the
 description is rejected, the field should be populated with the previous
 description -- I HATE having to retype it because it was rejected when I
 should have just been allowed to add some more text to it.
