When receiving Emails with Attached images and the Images don't have an explicit \
filename (e.g. are simply defined by a mime-header) Kmail shows the image of the \
first mail opened in all messages. It doesn't seem to notice that there are different \
files, because each file gets the same default filename and Kmail doesn't recognize \
the difference. It's actually impossible to view the other images.
