The wish list item to provide syncing from your palm pilot to KDE's address 
book (kab) has been implemented.  It will be in the KDE 2.2 release.  It can 
be found in the CVS source tree under, 
kdepim/kpilot/conduits/abbrowserconduit.

Please email me if there are any questions regarding the syncing ability to 
the kab address and your palm pilot.
