Ok, but I have better:

When you have an email with an image attached, and "Inlined 
Attachments" is selected, you have a "link" at the bottom of the image, 
displaying its name. With that link you can do "save as", etc

The same should be done with inlined html-files!
Aldditionnally, this would be more consistent, since it would provide 
the same kind of functionality for every type of attachment.
