hi,

i found much more about this bug :
when starting kde, menu is empty
it stays empty until i click with the midlle button on my desktop (the list 
is right here)
then the desktop menu is right too BUT it never updates

for example, if i start konqueror, it does not appear in the list
and if i press again the middle button of the mouse, the menu is updated in 
the desktop bar (i can see konq in the window list)

so, the middle button mouse menu is always right
but the desktop menu window list is updated only if i use the mouse menu 
whereas it should update when i click on the menu.

i hope i'm clear ;)
