The ``apply for this job'' buttons on dice.com go to a URL that appears to return a \
redirect to a mailto: URL. This causes the error:

Could not start process
Unable to create io-slave:
klauncher said: Error loading 'kmailservice %u'

This has been happening since I was running kde 2.0.1 that I compiled myself, and \
continued through 2.1 and 2.1.1 installed from downloaded rpm's.
