OS/Compiler notes: 

Khelpcenter startup always results in above error.
Sometimes it works after clicking on 'Introduction' repeatedly,
but usually not. About half of the other helptopics also results
in a crash. Sometimes they work though.
Sorry if this is a duplicate or if it is a local problem.
