Just tested it. In _my_ case it seems to be sufficient to
put the secrets in pap-secrets - they'll be used for CHAP,
too. I don't know if this always works - if so, there would
be no need for two separate files...

You may take at a look at the patch I've sent to you three days
ago. It adds the extra option and puts the secrets in both files...
