All of the text (both the blue bar on the left, and the text of the articl body in \
the middle) is offset to the left by about 15 pixels.  Looking at the same page in \
Netscape, it looks as if it's not the *text* that is misaligned, but the blue bar \
itself.  In Netscape it butts up against the left edge of the browser window, and in \
Konquerer there's some blank space.
