heck! i should have noticed it earlier ... mathias's g++ command line
is missing all the defines from imake. what does kde_cv_defines_imake
in config.cache contain? there should be a lot of variable
assignments. if they are not there (what it obviously the case),
somebody must look at this closer. i have no access to a sensibly
configured solaris system, so i cannot do it myself.
