Embedded (into konqi) kghostview has it's own toolbar. Embedded kdvi has
it's toolbar integrated with konqi's. IMO the kdvi approach is better,
because the integrated icons tend to be the same as the ones that
konqueror has there when web browsing -> You don't need to search so
long. Also they are thus nearer to the view they affect.

Unless this is a style guide rule, I'd vote for the inclusion of
toolbars into konqeror's.
