If a "global" theme is extracted, a local copy of the the package is made in

 ~/.kde/share/apps/kthememgr/Themes.

But the Themes list in the K Theme Manager Installer screen
does not get updated to show this local copy until kthememgr is restarted.

A new readThemesList() call is needed after an Extract event, and after other events
which can change the list.  For example, If a NewTheme entry is made, but is empty,
the entry remains in the list after a different Theme is applied, although the
"NewTheme" no longer exists.

Its confusing if the displayed list is not kept fully current as changes are made.
