Package: kmail
Version: 2.1 Beta 1
Severity: grave
Installed from: source
This one was not an easy on to reproduce :-)
This is what you have to do :
- hit button new mail.
- copy the text "hello, my name is
edwin-and-I'm-trying-to-crash-kmail-and-this-is-not-easy-you-know"
from an xterm to the new mail. The long word should appear
on the second line now.
- hit arrow-up button once
- hit delete
- hit return
- hit backspace
- hit ctrl-z three times. At this point I get a popup with
the message "Not all characters fit into the choosen
encoding, Send message anyway ?" . Now, no matter if I
press Yes or No, it crashes.
