sure - under netscape the page has the BIND Faq displayed cleanly as you 
would normally expect, in konqy it has a gray bar across the page and the text
way way out to the right (you have to scroll to it).

The really bizarre thing is that it displays differently at different times, 
for example I can make it display differently if I do a reload than if I click
on home then hit the back button - sometimes the text of the FAQ ends up so 
far to the right that even the scroll bars wont bring it all onto the screen

no - it complains about all sorts of unknown attributes
