All 3 URLs work correctly with KDE 2.1 beta1.

On ELSA site, I was redirected automatically from 
http://www.elsa.de/FILEAREA/HOME.HTM 
to
http://www.elsa.de/fehlermeldung.htm

I guess that it's also ok. At least old page doesn't exist anymore :-)
