In addition to putting two copies of the DNS addresses in
/etc/resolv.conf, KPPP 2.0.2 also does not respect NOT setting the
'disable
existing dns servers during connection'. It overwrites any DNS addresses
which already exist in resolv.conf, regardless, and does not restore
them on disconnection.
