I'm not sure this is actually applicable - kilobytes are not
SI units. Given that 1 kilobyte = 1024 bytes not 1000, the
capitalisation is the least of the problems!
I don't think we've standardised this sort of thing yet, but
I guess it should be included in the look and feel guidelines
somewhere. I'm cc'ing this to kde-look for comment.
