The profile settings (for difffrent outgoing email addresses) in kmail is a nice feature. But I think the outgoing smtp server should also (at least optionally) switch with different profiles.

For example:

Two email addresses and smtp server:

EMail:         SMTP:
test@xxx.com   mail.xxx.com
test@yyy.org   mail.yyy.org

smtp server mail.yyy.org does not accept emails with test.yyy.com and smtp server mail.xxx.com does not accept emails with test.yyy.org. This is the case by many smtp servers. Thats the reason, I think smtp servers should switch with the profile.
