The subject of message display in subject list with Thai characters will changed to
"?" at all , while the body of the message seem encode correctly (readable) but
It alway appear "?" around body of message even message is english (It replace
some blank space of message) I have set VIEW->Encoding to tis620 , while another
encoding , it okay. I notice it may wrong on character encoding of KDE2 or the
HTML viewer of KDE (after dig into partial source) So, would you have some
workaround of this problem?
