Coolo recently hacked netwm conformity into xmms. What worked fine until I yesterday
 noticed that "Always on top" is ignored and xmms disappears to the background.  

This could have two reasons:  
1.) The specs have changes and kwin too, while xmms has not 
2.) kwins netwm implmentation is broken 

I didn't follow the kwin development lately so could someone check this as it is bad 
for release.
