A size limitation would be possible to implement, but for filtering KMail
needs already the content of the mail.

That works for newsreaders, but with the pop protocol this is difficult,
because as far as I know there is only a command that downloads the whole
mail. With IMAP this would be possible if KMail ever will support it.
