-go to kcontrol / Browsing / Web / Konq. Browser
-select the Java/JavaScript Tab
-you need to have entries in the domain-specific list
-click on "Change..."
-in the window that pops up, "accept" will be selected, no matter what the 
user has selected before
-note that this only happens the first time the window pops up, if you 
press "Ok" and select "Change..." again, it will work

I'm setting to grave because a default of "Accept" implies that this 
setting cannot be dangerous, which is wrong.
