If I right click on the main toolbar of eg KWrite or KEdit and choose 
Orientation -> Flat the pseudo icon on the flat remainder of the former 
toolbar show a tool tip which contains the string "mainToolBar" which 
is probably the command name, not a regular string.

Anyway, this string is also not translatable which means that also 
German or Japanese users will get a tool tip with "mainToolBar" in it 
and won't be able to know how to restore their toolbar.
