Package: kghostview

Subject says it all: KGhostview shows blank pages when viewing 
encrypted PDFs which is pretty disappointing. If it is really not 
possible to make this stuff visible there should at least be a warning 
message telling users what's going on.

Examples are eg the PDFs on 
http://www.dtp-service.com/ventura/beispiele/ such as 
http://www.dtp-service.com/ventura/beispiele/miele.pdf.

Byteserving isn't apparently used either.
