Package: khtml

On some pages (like the right hand frames of 
www.dtp-service.com/ventura/) it is impossible to scroll at the end of 
the page. The lower arrow of the scroll bar is not shown and the bar 
itself is finally pushe into the lower, invisible part of the page and 
becomes invisible itself.
