Package: kscd

In the SMTP sub-dialog of the kscd setup the space for the headline is 
too small. The original "Enable submission via SMTP" fits in, but the 
German translation "Übertragung per SMTP ermöglichen" is being cut off.

Also the German translation of "Ejected" ("Ausgeworfen") is being cut 
off. 

There may be more such problems in other places.
